During summer it becomes too hot rendering it difficult to stay indoors. As much as you might want to stay in the home, the odor and the damp air in the house cannot permit you do so. Avoid switching on many appliances which you are not using. This is especially in the kitchen where many appliances are always on. You can also use a toaster oven rather than your full-sized oven that Will reduce your heat accumulation. Defrosting frozen goods by use of the refrigerator rather than the microwave can also reduce heat generation.
